MITSUI OSK Lines continues to 'green' the industry with the installation of Tokyo's largest solar power generator at the Oi Container Terminal in Shingawa ward.
The system, which generates about 200 kw of electricity, will provide 20% of the power used by the company's office building.
The company said the generator would produce 185,398 kw-hours of electricity and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by as much as 130 tonnes annually.
