Mar. 28--Several middle school and high school students in Clark County participated in the regional National History Day at Washington State University Vancouver on Feb. 24. The following participants will advance to the state contest in May: Pleasant Valley Middle School Katie Drokin, junior division individual exhibit; Clint Saylor, Nathan Schmedake, Cameron Mehl and Ken Laird, junior group documentary; Alex Kubiniec and Garrett Olmstead, alternate junior group documentary; Maddie Camp, Anna Stewart and Katie Treend, junior group performance.
