Kalu Inaugurates Handing Over Committee.

THE ten-member committee appointed by the Abia State government to prepare the hand over from the present administration to the incoming one was yesterday inaugurated by Governor Orji Uzor Kalu, saying that it is the right thing for any elected executive arm in its second tenure to do.
The committee is headed by the chairman of the governing council of Abia State University, Prof Joshua Ogbonnaya, while the senior special assistant to Governor Kalu on special duties, Dr. Ike Oye is the secretary.
