Section: Regional News - The Chairman of the Party Central Committee (PCC) Theoretical Council expressed its determination to raise the knowledge and the theoretical research quality of the council's staff which will enable it to meet new requirements.
Chairman To Huy Rua made the statement at the first session of the PCC's Theoretical Council that convened in Hanoi on March 23 during the 2006-10 tenure.
