Mar. 20--A 10th grade student has been arrested on charges he detonated a homemade acid bomb in his Parkland high school Tuesday morning, the Broward Sheriff's Office said. The 15-year-old boy told investigators he caused the blast at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, BSO said. He also said he was responsible for another other acid bombs in the Parkland area. The teen now faces a felony charge of discharging a destructive device. Tuesday morning's explosion happened around 7:30 a.m. in a covered breezeway of the Parkland high school.
