Mar. 18--Lincoln Charter School in Denver plans to open a new building this fall to keep pace with a surge in student enrollment. Construction of the 43,000-square-foot building on Galway Lane off N.C. 16 started this month and will finish by summer, said Michelle Bluhm, a member of the school's marketing committee. "We don't have the room to accommodate the children that want to attend our school," she said. "Our wait lists have grown to such a large number that it's important for us to be able to add new classes."
