Mar. 17--Todd and Marcy Cox were really looking forward to their daughter participating in the chorus program at Martin Magnet Middle School.
Shelby, 10, had participated in a statewide singing competition last year. They thought a school with a chorus program would give her more experience. But Shelby wasn't accepted.
