Translate Grand Plan Into Better Roads.

The Government has rolled out yet another multi-billion initiative to improve and expand the road network countrywide, with the focus being the use of intensive labour. Thus, the project seeks to achieve two objectives - extend the number of kilometres of usable roads and also provide up to 150,000 jobs to youth.

A laudable undertaking by all counts and one wishes that, what is on paper will eventually appear on the ground.
