Tokyo, March 16 Kyodo - The Supreme Court said Friday it will give a decision on April 27 on a damages suit involving Japan's recruitment of forced labour from China during World War II, a move seen likely to reverse a ruling in favour of those forced into labour.

The top court's four-justice second petty bench held a hearing Friday on an appeal filed by Tokyo-based construction contractor Nishimatsu Construction Co.
