Mar. 16--A months-long drug investigation has led to federal charges against four people accused of selling and distributing large quantities of the drug ecstasy in southeastern Minnesota and elsewhere in the state.

A Minnesota federal grand jury returned indictments Tuesday against Zachary Thomas Welch, 23; Andrew Lee Stichman, 23; Adam Joseph Nelson; and Gerald Traczyk Jr. According to court documents, Welch and Stichman live in the Hayward, Wis., area and were arrested in February. The other two, whose ages and addresses are unknown, are listed as "fugitives."
