Vietnam: Ho Chi Minh City promotes cooperation with Rhone-Alpes region of France.

Section: Regional News - Priority cooperation programmes between Ho Chi Minh City and the Rhone-Alpes region of France over the past 10 years are an international cooperation model at the local level, affirmed leaders of Rhone-Alpes.
First Vice President of the Rhone-Alpes Region Bernard Soulage and Vice President of the Rhone-Alpes Regional Council Jean Philippe Bayon made the statement during their working session with Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Le Hoang Quan in Ho Chi Minh City on March 7.
