Mar. 11--Two Northwest School of the Arts students will kick up their heels in a high-profile production of "Thoroughly Modern Millie" this summer in Nebraska. Charles Osborne of Huntersville and Jessica Richards of Charlotte were among 48 high-schoolers chosen from hundreds of hopefuls across the country to perform a new version of the show at the International Thespian Festival. Hosted by the nonprofit Educational Theatre Association, the festival is the Super Bowl of the school stage, a week of shows, workshops and college-shopping held annually on the University of Nebraska's Lincoln campus.
