'New Dawn' to start cultural fest.

GEORGE TOWN: Befittingly, the world premiere performance of "The New Dawn" by Ramli Ibrahim and the Sutra Dancers will be the first event at the Penang Hill Cultural Festival 2007.
The open-air cultural event, which will be held on Penang Hill next weekend, is organised by the Penang Tourism Action Council in conjunction with Visit Malaysia Year 2007.
