End of the Road, Dietrich
Reputed Swedish mobster Stefan Erikkson-who wrote off his Ferrari Enzo last year after an ill-advised meeting with a telephone pole, then claimed that an acquaintance named Dietrich was driving-accepted a plea agreement with prosecutors. In exchange for pleading guilty to drunk driving, two counts of embezzlement and unlawful possession of a handgun, Erikkson faces a sentence of three years in prison. With credit for time served and good behavior, he'll likely be out in time to start the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2008.
