Thailand: Sena Development Plc to develop 10 new residential projects this year.

Section: Corporate News - Sena Development Plc is planning to develop 10 new residential projects worth a combined one billion baht this year, including its first condominium, The Niche Sukhumvit 49, the Bangkok Post reports.
The company also plans to list on the Stock Exchange of Thailand this year, citing its strong cashflow as an outstanding fundamental because it can use its own funds to finance nine of the 10 projects on the drawing board.
