Before judges went on an indefinite strike, the Constitutional Court halted an arrest order issued against former gender and labour minister Zoe Bakoko Bakoru, former National Social Security Fund (NSSF) boss Leonard Mpuuma and businessman James Isabirye of Mugoya Housing Estates.
