KUALA LUMPUR: The People's Progressive Party (PPP) and Gerakan are once again locked in a battle of words.
Two months after PPP president Datuk M. Kayveas lashed out at Gerakan over the latter's refusal to entertain his proposal for a merger, he is now training his guns on another Gerakan representative.
Kayveas, who is also the Taiping MP, is upset with the appointment of Gerakan's Bukit Gantang MP Tan Lian Hoe as the Taiping BN chief since January last year.
He said as he was the MP for the constituency, he should instead have been appointed to the post.
