Yorkcor CEO steps downon high note Group posts the best results in its history Agriculture and Land Affairs Editor FOREST-products company Yorkcor posted its best set of year-end results in its history of nearly 100 years, departing CEO Ivor Tucker announced yesterday.

Tucker steps down as CEO next month, and becomes nonexecutive chairman. He will be succeeded by chief operating officer Lance Cooper.

Yorkcor, which announced last November control of the company would pass from the Tucker family to Swiss-based investment company Blackstar Investors, reported a 484% increase in headline …
