DEAR Editor, I refer to the report which highlighted complaints by two bus companies against the Penang State Government.

We have heard for many years the numerous complaints by commuters who had to endure the poor service dished out by bus operators in Penang.

The bus operators have never bothered to improve their service though they were given ample time to do so.

Now, when they realise there is an alternative operator to take over the service, they are crying foul - blaming the State Government for working against them.

These irresponsible bus operators have no one to blame …
