They have indeed defied the odds in this world in which humanity has been strategically divided into two unequal parts: male and female. In addition to such strategic divisions is a set of societal expectations that continue to guide and dictate even the vocational choices of our people. It is such entrenched gender stereotypes that inform one' s choice of a job or profession.

As they appear in their different company regalia, with serious faces that indeed show that they are hard at work, they make a statement.
