Vietnam: President begins Cambodian sojourn on 40th anniversary.

Section: Regional News - President Nguyen Minh Triet is expected to leave for Cambodia today to start a three-day official visit at the invitation of King Norodom Sihamoni.
The trip would mark the first Cambodian sojourn for Nguyen Minh Triet in his capacity as President.
The visit coincides with the celebrations of the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Cambodia.
