Feb. 28--A water oak on Market Street on one of the few undeveloped lots in Baxter Village is coming down on Friday. Clear Springs Company says it is dieased.
The tree, behind the Starbucks, ranges upwards of 35 feet and has land cleared around it. The development group says it has preserved many trees in the development.
