Thailand: ITV reports on operating results for 2006.

Section: SET Filing - ITV Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to submit a copy of the reviewed financial statements for 2006 together with an explanation of changes in operating results. The Company reported Baht 1,783 million in net loss, as compared to Baht 679 million in net profit in 2005. The main reasons for such changes are as follows: 1. The Company's total revenue for 2006 was Baht 2,159 million, a drop of 7.9% or Baht 185 million from 2005.
