Thailand: NVL clarifies on changes of Net Profit.

Section: SET Filing - Net profit for the year ended 31 December 2006 decreased by Baht 8.81 Million or 37.15%, in comparison with that of the previous year.
The significant changes were caused by the following reasons: 1. Revenue derived from hire-purchase contracts which is the main revenue decreased by approximately Baht 8 Million or 5.01%. Revenue derived from financial lease contracts decreased by approximately Baht 18 Million or 37.43%.
Revenue derived from loan financing to the dealers increased by approximately Baht 8 Million or 84.77%.
