from BERNAMA, The Malaysian National News Agency BEIJING, Jan 30 (Bernama) -- China is prepared along with relevant countries to sign a binding agreement to prevent an arms race in outer space, a Foreign Ministry spokesperson said Tuesday

Jiang Yu told a news conference that China's position for peaceful use of outer space remained unchanged after Beijing confirmed last week reports that it had fired a missile to destroy an old weather satellite
