NG Shu Wai stills awaits a decision from the National Sports Council (NSC) on his request for a new training base and personal coach.

With the World Championships, which is also the platform to qualify for next year's Olympics, in Germany in September, the Malaysian Gymnastics Federation (MGF) had offered the artistic gymnast a choice of three countries to train in - Australia, Canada, China - with a personal coach of his choice.
