Feb. 23--Things are back to normal this morning in the Prosperity Church Road area of University City, after an armed robbery and police chase Thursday that ended with four arrests. David Cox Road Elementary School was put on lockdown for a short time, while police sought the suspects wanted in connection with the robbery. And Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools officials confirm that three of the four people arrested in the case were students at Derita Alternative School, a facility for students who encounter repeated problems in a regular school setting.
