SUGDEN, a low profile but respected UK manufacturer of audiophile grade equipment, has unveiled its top-of-the-range Masterclass series integrated amplifier and CD player.

The Masterclass integrated amplifier is a Class A design utilising solid state amplification technology, which, according to the company, is capable of a holographic musical sound stage that is organic and euphonic in performance.

Within its minimalistic enclosure measuring 165 millimetres by 430mm by 440mm lies a large custom-made toroidal transformer capable of generating in excess of 33 watts of Class A power output …
