KESC asked to ensure no load shedding in coming summer.

Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad asked administration of Karachi Electric Supply Corporation (KESC) to ensure that Karachiites would not face load-shedding trauma in coming summer. He said last year government and public co-operated with the KESC as it was in initial stages after privatisation.

He said the corporation should show significant improvement now regarding its power supply system. He made these remarks on Saturday while presiding over a high-level meeting in Governor House in which KESC administration apprised him about their performance and proposed plans.
