Feb. 17--Child welfare investigators decided Friday not to take custody of an 8-year-old boy whose father and uncle were charged with drug possession a day after he took cocaine to school, an agency spokeswoman said. The second-grade Scott Elementary School student and his siblings, ages 6, 3 and 1, will be cared for by their grandmother at their home, said Child Protective Services spokeswoman Estella Olguin.
