NINETY eight percent of the Northern Uganda Social Action Fund (NUSAF) projects in Apac district have not been completed in three years, a report has indicated.

The assessment, conducted by Agency for Sustainable Development Initiative (ASDI), a civil society agency in the district, described NUSAF projects as full of ineffectiveness, inefficiency and characterised by lack of accountability and non-existent projects.

The survey from September to October 2006, concluded that the performance of NUSAF in Apac "is a mixture of very limited success and a lot of failures."

Now, district leaders are concerned about the stalemate of the projects and want action taken on the culprits.
