KTV points finger in natto scandal / In-house report accuses sub-subcontractor of fabricating data

Kansai Telecasting Corp. has blamed a sub-subcontracted program production firm for fabricated data used in its program "Hakkutsu! Aru Aru Daijiten II" (Encyclopedia of Living) in a report on the scandal, The Yomiuri Shimbun has learned.
The investigation report, recently submitted to the Internal Affairs and Communications Ministry, has not been made public.
