Statesman News Service NEW DELHI, Feb. 6: The Delhi Master Plan will be notified within the next 48 hours, even as the Centre declared that sealing of illegal properties will not resume tomorrow. Addressing the editors' conference on social sectors, the Union urban development minister, Mr Jaipal Reddy, said he had initialed the Master Plan that will be notified soon. 'I have just now signed the MPD (master plan) 2021. It will be notified in a couple of days... within 48 hours,' he said.
