Feb. 3--Frustrations continue to mount among parents in North County over an unbuilt middle school. About 100 parents and others jammed the library at North Monterey County High School on Thursday to vent at school administrators who have been unable to move ahead with construction of a new middle school that was supposed to open in August. Some criticized the board for not completing the middle school. Others wanted to know what has happened since a $20 million bond was passed in 2002.
