Moscow, 31 January: Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Aleksandr Losyukov has said that the world community might take tougher measures if North Korea conducts another nuclear test.
"I think that the response of the world community is likely to be very negative and much harsher. I don't know whether our North Korean colleagues will benefit from that kind of thing," Losyukov, who heads the Russian delegation at the six-party talks on the nuclear problem on the Korean peninsula, told Interfax on Wednesday [31 January]. …
