The new UN secretary-general, Ban Ki-Moon, has assured President Yoweri Museveni that he will deal with the problem of terrorists based in the Democratic Republic of Congo to address Uganda's security concerns.

"Leave it to me, I am going to deal with it as soon as possible," Ki-Moon said, according to a statement from State House.
