Jan. 31--An "education village," which Mooresville Graded Schools is now building, will help the district save money by putting several schools in one area, officials say.

The $45.2 million campus is being built on 150 acres off N.C. 3 and will eventually house a new intermediate school, an elementary school and a middle school that will be converted from the an old intermediate school.

Construction started last summer and will finish by spring…
