The Josiah Macy, Jr. Foundation sponsored a conference on October 2-5 in Phoenix, Arizona entitled "Training About Alcohol and Substance Abuse for All Primary Care Physicians." The conference was chaired by David C. Lewis, MD, and attended by 48 participants from major organizations from the addictions treatment field.
