Anti-drug forum kicked off on steps of U.S. Capitol.

On October 27, leaders of more than 400 community anti-drug coalitions, representing millions of volunteer activists, kicked off a national forum to discuss issues such as strategies for addressing legalization and preventing young people from using gateway drugs (alcohol and tobacco).

The volunteers representing Community Anti-Drug Coalitions (CADCA) and the National Family Partnership (NFP) gathered on the steps of the Capitol in search of support for comprehensive federal action against illegal drug use.
