Section: Regional News - Vietnam hopes to receive international support to improve its human resources training quality, said Minister of Education and Training, Nguyen Thien Nhan, at the ministry's annual dialogue with international partners in Hanoi on Jan. 29.

Minister Nhan asked donors for technical and financial assistance in devising new policies, upgrading the facilities for education as well as assessing the education and training qualities.
