United Nations, 26 January: Cuban writer Manuel Vazquez Portal said today that "common sense" indicates that Cuban President Fidel Castro will never return to power and he considered news reports about his recovery propaganda.

Vazquez Portal presented the book "Voice of change" to the United Nations Correspondents Association. The book is a collection of texts by 21 Cuban authors who are attempting "to report on the true reality in Cuba."
