Whispers around town The divorce of the Scorpions from the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) is about to be formalised. The 200-member elite crime-fighting unit will soon be moving out of the Silverton, Pretoria, headquarters it has shared with the rest of the NPA for several years and into new, independent premises.
