The curtain comes down on the Johnnie Walker golf series when a field of 143 qualifiers tackle the Royal Nairobi Golf Club course this weekend.

After 12 rounds, which started at Thika Sports Club last September, the 2006/2007 edition of the series ends at Royal, where the actual Road to Phuket begins.

The qualifiers will be joined by 41 guests of sponsors East African Breweries, who have supported the series through the Johnnie Walker brand for the last three years.
