Jan. 25--Grand Forks was the second-cheapest city in the country to buy gas Wednesday, according to an American Automobile Association report. The average price for a gallon of unleaded gasoline in Grand Forks was $1.84, just one cent behind Oklahoma City. Many service stations across Grand Forks were posting unleaded fuel prices between $1.81 and $1.84 per gallon. The average price in Fargo on Wednesday was $1.98 and the statewide average, which is at its lowest point since March 2005, was $2.05, according to AAA. The average price nationwide was $2.16.
