Jan. 20--ARLINGTON -- It's 3 p.m. Friday afternoon, and Webb Elementary student Quentavious Williams, 7, has more to look forward to than just a couple of days off from school. Thanks to the Tarrant Area Food Bank, he and his sister Beyonce Clark, 6, have backpacks filled with wholesome snacks like fruit cups, peanut butter-filled crackers, and canned beans and franks to last them through the weekend. And next Friday, they'll get even more. The free weekly program, called Backpacks for Kids, has been operating in Fort Worth schools for several years.
