With range of 0-85 Brix, eMaple Refractometer can be used at tree tap or sap collection tank to measure sugar content, in sugar-shack to determine when to draw maple syrup from boiler, or during bottling and testing. Separate scales for hot and cool syrup eliminate reading drift, while nonlinear temperature compensation protects against inaccurate readings due to temperature differences. Stainless-steel sample well requires only a couple of drops of fluid to take measurements.
