The Beattie McGuinness Bungay founders Trevor Beattie and Bil Bungay found themselves in a bidding war against Justin Cernis, the managing director of Great Guns, at the recent Creative Ball.

Obviously, it's not unusual for those in the ad industry to bid for charity, but what made this battle stand out from the rest was the prize: a two-week placement at Beattie's own agency.
