Business directors Daren Rubins and Jonathan Fowles promoted as PHD looks to build global network.
The chief executive of PHD, Morag Blazey, has confirmed details of the agency's new management line-up, which is designed to support the agency as it builds a global network.
The business directors Daren Rubins and Jonathan Fowles have been promoted to the roles of managing director and executive director of planning respectively.
Fowles will work alongside Louise Jones, the executive strategy director, on evolving PHD's product offering. He will also run a newly created team of 13 strategists, working across six areas that will sit at the heart of the agency.
He will effectively be replacing Mark Holden, who is moving to a new international role to help develop the PHD network. Blazey said: 'Mark's job is to ensure everything is built in the shape of PHD. It all has to look and feel like PHD London.'
