Jan. 10--Where Portola Middle and Leadership charter high school students will move remains up in the air, but the West Contra Costa school district hopes to solve the dilemma by seeking more community input at a pair of meetings this week. A meeting on the future of Portola is planned for today at Harding Elementary School, and district officials will meet with the Seaview Elementary community at the shuttered Seaview campus Thursday. The district cannot rebuild Portola on its current site, 1021 Navellier St., because the slope where it sits shows a history of landslides and is within an area designated as a geological hazard.…
