If the government wants to absolve itself from suspicion of complicity in the March 1987 murder of Uganda Freedom Movement leader, Andrew L. Kayiira, it must release the findings of the investigation.

Kayiira was one of many people who fought for Ugandan's third liberation and served as Energy Minister in the first two years of President Yoweri Museveni's government. This was a man of some profile.
